TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment can be made with cash (in person only), check made payable to Valerie Mierzwa, or Zelle.  Please do not make payment until I confirm with you the total amount due.

If shipping is required, item(s) will be shipped after payment has been received. 

Customer is responsible for Florida Sales Tax (7%) and Shipping & Handling, if required.

Shipping costs apply to items shipped to mainland USA. Items shipped outside of mainland USA will require additional shipping rates which will be billed to the customer.

Items are shipped via United States Post Office (USPS). All items are packaged securely to prevent damage in shipment.  In the unlikely event that the product should arrive damaged, please contact me as soon as possible (texting Valerie at 561-214-2487) so that corrective action may be taken. It is not necessary to return items that are damaged during shipment. However, a texted photo of the damage will be appreciated. 

Customer is welcomed to make requests and suggestions for images and colors.  However, I reserve the right to determine the look of the finished product.  

For custom images, I reserve the right to refuse to produce any image suggested by the customer for any reason.

I aim to please!  If Customer is unhappy with purchased item(s), I will allow refunds or exchanges.  However, Customer will be responsible for the cost of returning/shipping undamaged item(s) back to me. Once received and deemed to be in the same condition in which they were shipped, refund or exchange will occur.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

All products can be shipped within mainland USA via United States Post Office (USPS). The cost of shipping and handling includes postage, insurance, and time and materials for packaging.

Up to 3 oz. - $5.00

4 - 6 oz. - $6.00

7 - 9 oz. - $7.00

10 - 12 oz. - $8.00

13 - 16 oz. - $9.00
